Michael Dumblewski is the CEO of Flexible Analytics LLC and a licensed home and auto insurance agent with over a decade of experience helping families protect their homes, vehicles, and financial future.
Outside of insurance, Michael is also a songwriter and real estate investor. His interest in real estate started through his father, who loved the industry and helped shape the way Michael looks at property, ownership, and long-term opportunity.
In 2019, Michael broke into real estate by purchasing two brand-new homes using creative financing. Since then, he has continued building his own portfolio and learning how to structure deals that solve real problems for homeowners.
Michael is not a real estate agent or broker. He is an investor who reviews properties and looks for practical, flexible solutions. His goal is simple: create win-win situations where sellers have a clear exit, buyers have a real opportunity, and every deal is handled with honesty and professionalism.
